Thank you for a full 2026 year! 2026 is closed for bookings besides the upcoming fall minis.
Fall minis are coming soon. These are a quick, fast paced version of a Larissa Johnson photoshoot. My goal is for this to be a stress free and fun event without the time commitment of a full session. These are perfect events for updating family photos, celebrating a season of life or simply documenting yourself and or the people you love. I've gotten a lot of feedback that these are especially great for tiny children and male partners ;)
Autumn outdoor minis: September 20th, October 3rd and 24th, location TBD.
Holiday in home minis in the Denver area: December. Exact date TBD.
Mini sign ups begin one month before the event date. Signed contracts and deposits are required to reserve your spot. No other minis will be offered.
Booking weekends only for photo sessions thru 2027. Booking weddings (any date) thru 2028.
A note from Larissa..
I'm Larissa, a sunny day enthusiast, a mediocre crafter, a mother to two of the best babies on earth and a passionate self taught photographer. Becoming a mother to small children has helped me notice the smaller, authentic, day to day moments in life. I want to capture a moment you think nothing of and make it into a memory that you and the next generations will cherish. I'm experienced photographing families, couples, weddings, business branding and events. I know you're here to look at pictures so I won't take up too much of your time. Your wedding is not a photoshoot.
It is my job as your photographer to capture how the day feels in still frames. My number one priority is to allow you to enjoy your moment with one another and your support system. You will receive more meaningful photos in return.
Your child will not be on their best behavior for family photos.
THAT'S OK! I'm use to it :) The more calm you are and less direction you give, the better your experience will be. I have two children who don't perform myself. I got you.
If your partner doesn't want to be there, it shows.
Come with a positive attitude and an open mind. I promise I won't force you into anything too embarrassing. Years ago my partner and I were having photos taken and the photographer said, "Now pretend you're wolves howling at the moon." No, absolutely not. We won't be doing corny stuff.
